Note on the plot: Outlaw Star is difficult to get the gist of, and you have to watch quite a few episodes to appreciate the story line.
 
Main characters: Gene Starwind, Jim Hawking, Suzuka, Aisha, Melfina. 
 
Plot: The aspect revolves around Gene Starwind, a flamboyant outlaw, and his 11 year old companion, Jim Hawking. They run a unique business: whatever you want, it'll be done......... if the price is right! ^^ They are always broke, and have to borrow money! Gene found a ship, known as the Outlaw Star, which came with a bio android girl; Melfina, who lacked knowledge of her origin and purpose in this world. Together, Gene Jim and Melfina, with the help of friends, Suzuka and Aisha must find that purpose......... as well as not getting more broke by the second!
 
Personal note: This is an anime I extremely enjoy to watch: Comic, romantic, violent and I can't get enough of it! Gene is an extreme character: smooth talking with the ladies, and a butt kicking outlaw! There is a lot of mature content, such as swearing, but other than that, it's a great anime, and one to watch! ^^
