Note on the plot: There are a lot of characters in DBZ, so I'd suggest watching a few episodes to get the gist of them all!
 
Main characters: Goku (a.k.a Kakarot) Vegeta, Bulma, Gohan, Chi-Chi, Trunks, Goten.
 
Plot: Our hero Goku, is faced with many challenges in his adulthood: including super villains, an angry wife, a child, death and rivalry from Vegeta, the prince of Saiyans. He has to cope, meeting new friends and enemies along the way......... and the hope of wishes from the seven magic Dragonballs.
 
Personal Note: Next to Outlaw Star, Dragonball Z is my most favourite anime of all time. It's one I have to watch at every turn, to find out what happens next! Dragonball Z is full of magic, light, darkness, and brute strength. If you have never watched Dragonball Z, I'd definitely recommend it ^^! The plot does move slowly, so you have to catch every episode!
